Push Pull Squad Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchange requests within 14 days of your package’s arrival.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original labels and tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, underwear, masks, and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Required Documentation: The returns parcel must include the return label and invoice. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in delayed processing or rejection of the return.
- Limit on Requests: A return request can only be created once per order.
Refund Process:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order, with the following exceptions:
- Cash on Delivery: Payments made via cash on delivery will be refunded as store credit.
- Store Credit: Once store credit is issued, the order cannot be refunded back to the original payment method.
- Payment Processors: Refunds for orders placed through payment solutions like Tabby and Klarna are subject to the terms and conditions of these payment processors.
- Delivery Charges: Original delivery charges are not included in the refund amount.
